What are technical preconditions for using Mobile banking?

You need a mobile device with internet access with one of the following operating systems:

  • Android (minimum version 2.3.3. or newer version)
  • iOS (minimum version 6.1 or newer version)

How can I become a user of Mobile banking?

To become a user of Mobile banking, you need to fill in a request (application form) in the nearest Halkbank branch or sub-branch.

Upon the request being processed by the Bank, you need to install Halkbank M-Banking application on your mobile device and activate the service.

How shall I install Mobile banking on my mobile device?

Upon processing of your request, the Bank will send you an SMS with a link for downloading the application. The application can be downloaded from the Play Store or Apple Store by entering the Halkbank mBank in search. When the requested application appears in the search result, please select and click the option Install.

How shall I activate my Mobile banking account?

After you install the application, you will activate it by entering your activation code that you received by e-mail, after which you will make a PIN code for further using of M-Banking application.

Can I change my PIN?

After you access the application, you have possibility to change your PIN.


Can I pay all my bills or only some of them via Mobile banking?

You can use Mobile banking to pay all your bills regardless of the beneficiary. With this service you can access your current account seven days a week, 24 hours a day.


I forgot my password, what shall I do?

To re-access your application, please contact the nearest Halkbank branch and ask them to send you the Activation code which you will enter into the aplication again and choose your PIN code.


I entered wrong PIN a number of times and my account is not active any more, what shall I do?

If you enter the wrong PIN three times, the system will deactivate your account. To re-access the application, please contact the nearest Halkbank branch and ask them to send you the Activation code again which you will enter into the aplication again and choose your PIN code.
